You can see here down the different honeys that we produce. It shows the availability of the latest and/or new "honey harvest" . These are the basics to remember,

Spring / Flower honey (Frühling / Blüten Honig) arrives in mid June. (as soon as we harvest & pot it)

Summer/Forest (Sommer / Wald Honig) honey arrives in mid August (as soon as we harvest & pot it!).
-
Wild comb honey (Wabenhonig / Miel au rayon) (if any!) & framed comb honey arrives in mid June.
All are in limited quantities; when it is over... it is over!.
We are happy to reserve in advance ('Vorbestellung'/ 'Primeur') to our clients.

Also, if you want to make a nice present to your employees, your friends on an special occasion, your guests on a wedding, or on any other event, we can personalize the size ( from small 100 g pots ), the labels ( with your own logo) , and the decoration, to your preferred design.
